About me:

                                               ONE LAST THING!!!

You will probably see this just about on every page.  Sorry in advance.  If you have comments (constructive ones please) send them.  I do take commissions, and if you are interested in posing, I would like to hear from you also.

                                                          THANK YOU!!

Welcome to Darkest Cub Studio.

I’m glad you’re here. This space is a true labor of love—constantly growing, shifting, and evolving… or at least, that’s always the goal.

A bit about me: I was born in Portsmouth, Virginia, the second of three children, and later moved to Richmond, where I attended art school. I graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, and I’ve been creating ever since.

Drawing and painting—especially the human form—are at the heart of my work (and you’ll probably notice that right away). My favorite tools are markers and pencil, but I also enjoy working in oil, watercolor, and acrylic. Artistically, I’m always pushing myself to improve, explore new mediums, and continue shaping my personal style.

On a personal level, I’m lighthearted, easygoing, and passionate about what I do. I regularly attend events where I sell original work and take on commissioned pieces, and I love connecting with people through art.

Thanks for stopping by—and I hope you enjoy exploring Darkest Cub Studio as much as I enjoy creating it.
